I am writing this review to leave the record of my training at each phase.
First, I want to praise myself for finishing the first phase of 30 days.
I was in great stress from work when I started the training.
I thought I really needed something to keep me stable.
I seemed to know what I had to do but I was not doing it.
I was in stress and it was hard for me to focus.
I experienced similar situations in the last few years.
I had panic attack or somatization when I was in great stress.
I had atopy all over my body and had muscle pain in my neck and shoulders.
I tried hard to recover through regular exercise and good daily routines.
I did OK during weekdays, but I was in a bad shape in the weekend.
I went back and forth between feeling OK and feeling stressed.
Once I began to perceive stress, everything was perceived as stress.
I often retreated from everything during weekends.
I did basic tasks and training tasks regularly.
I could spend quite normal weekdays and weekends.
I watched over my mental condition regularly.
I set aside some time to take care of myself regularly.
I eat better and sleep better.
My daily routine is disturbed due to the pandemic situation.
However, I am doing fine without any symptoms of somatization even without much exercise.
I feel pretty well.
I feel that I am supported psychologically.
I don't avoid stress anymore and try to face it.
I feel that I can control fear, helplessness and self-blame better.
I still have a long way to go to stabilize my body and mind and have the kind of life I want.
I feel I have the drive in the right direction at least.
I am looking forward to see my change in the next month, too.
