The year of 2021 has started. I feel light and comfortable because I don't make new year's resolution and don't have the obsession for having to do great
things for the new year. I was told that feeling comfortable is not necessarily good in the process of treatment, but I feel quite comfortable these days.
Maybe I am not doing well for the treatment. I actually do not follow daily routine in my life and irregularity rules everyday. I guess I feel comfortable because
I have lost the initial intention and I am just wandering about losing my goal. I should never forget how desperate was to get out of the pain of death.
Right now, I am in laziness. I will gather up my will and resume therapeutic tasks. Happy new year !!

It takes 1 to 3 years to reach complete cure and you will experience relapse of symptoms in the process. You will repeat feeling
comfort and feeling pain.
However, when you just stay in comfort without continuing with all the therapeutic tasks,
1) You will try to avoid stress and wounds,
2) You will justify yourself for not focusing on the treatment, and
3) You will try to keep staying in comfort losing your first intention.
