I didn't have time for writing a review because I was busy finishing up Phase 3 and figuring out about the next phase, Phase 4, right away. 

I feel that I examined by body through training in Phase 3.

Memories of my childhood occurred to me like an old picture. 
I found and observed my little self inside my vagina and memories of negative emotions slowly turned into positive ones. 

Sometimes I was extremely tired after seeing some beams of light.
The time of my vagina opening and closing let me know the time to get and and go to bed. 
I should love myself as much as I treasure the most precious gem. 
I feel that I have found my mind which is unseen but have different shapes. 

Each phase seems to prepare me for the next phase. 
Unfulfilled tasks in the previous phase leads to difficulties in the next phase. 
I hope I will keep improving by building healthy habits through Xes Training. 

I hope I will change my body and mind for the better and internalize good habits in my unconscious.
