Finally, I am writing a review of Phase 4. 
It was a new experience to prepare a mood light, aroma candles, body lotion, romantic music, and love gel. 
It was the first time for me to touch my body everyday for the whole month. 
It was a precious time to examine and take care of myself. 
At first, I didn't recognize anything even when I kept practicing to awaken my sensation.
I also went through some relational problems at that time, so I couldn't focus very well. 
I had a hard time indirectly experiencing the end of a relationship with selfish purposes. 
I felt that the effect of the training was higher as I moved on to each next level and I could focus better.
