I made efforts for myself from Phase 1 to Phase 5 without missing even one day.
It was a mysterious moment to examine my own genital organs I had never put my mind to before.
It was the first time to thank myself for everything.
I didn't experience any specific change in my body, but I found that vaginitis had gone as I kept doing the training.
During Phase 4, I felt that my sensations were waking up. I was aware of my body and I felt that my body was becoming soft and supple. I lost some weight probably because I kept breathing practice. I lost 3 to 4 Kg. I felt I went back to my old days during Phase 4.
I was stressed a lot during the first few days of Phase 5. I was in a hurry and it made me feel bad. I decided to take enough time and then, I felt stable.
It was really hard to stop right before orgasm for practicing during Phase 5.
However, i kept making efforts. It was difficult and I was afraid that I was only wasting time without making progress. I was worried that I would have to move on to the next Phase without fulfilling my goal in Phase 5. I just keep making efforts thinking that I will improve.
The sensation is weak but I could feel some flow of energy sweeping in my brain on the last day.
I am moving on to Phase 6.
