Phase 2 was easier because I could do the training during daily life while I was working. It wasn't easy to find time at work but I did my best to squeeze the practice time into the work hours.
I can't even remember when was the last time that I made efforts only for myself.
I really like that fact that I am making efforts only for myself in Mind Training and Xes Training.
I don't experience emotional fluctuations as much as before.
I feel better in a moment if I focus on the training and tasks even when negative feelings are retrieved.
I lose the will power sometimes, but I make efforts consciously.
I will keep making efforts for myself, who will become happy in the future.
