My mind is being activated for my passion and success. I feel fulfilled at a small scale. 
My body has changed a lot. 
Now I can turn my neck without much pain. 
Sudden attacks of palpitating and suffocating has gone. 
Having to breathing in consciously to be able to breathe out has gone. 

At first, the training felt like something related with having sex, but now it feels like taking time to apologizing and giving presents to me.  
I had never felt so comfortable staying alone, and it is so meaningful to build independence and happiness all by myself.
