I was very worried when I read the direction for Phase 3. 

I felt repulsed since I had never examined my body and I even had to draw pictures of my body. 

It was a mysterious experience to examine by body and it even looked nice and pretty as the training progressed. 

I would never have examined by body if it had not been for Xes Training. 

Then, I would never have thought my body was so precious and beautiful. 

I feel better about myself as the training progresses. 

I missed the training a few times this month because I have a vacation and fell asleep a few times. 

I will gather my will power again and continue with my efforts.
