The 30th day of Phase 8. 
I feel the great power of Xes Training. 

I am surprised at the joy and the ecstatic sensation generated from within myself. 
I am passionate and full of vitality. 

I didn't feel much upon practicing the tasks up to Phase 7. 
I did the tasks just because I was supposed to do them. 

Now, I am experiencing the fulfillment. 

I still have the task of controlling and circulating my xes energy and change it to positive emotional energy.
