Phase 9 is almost finished. 
I experienced a whole new world through Xes Training. Xes Training in Phase 9 made me truly understand that it completely different from any sexual action. 
The tasks were meant to awaken my physical sensation. I examined my body for 40 minutes everyday and did the tasks with feelings of love. It was a time to make my inner self firm and strong. 

It has built an appetite for learning more about xesmind. I want to take care of myself and stay healthy. 
I learned about the operational mechanism of human mind and psychology and examined how I was doing in my path to complete cure. 

I had symptoms of swelling in eyes and itchy face during Phase 7 and 8. Symptoms remitted in Phase 9. 

I see myself accumulate xes energy inside me by having orgasm in the sex with my partner, which I have never experienced. 
It was difficult to do the training at first due to low energy and weak body, but the training gave me health and vitality back. 
I will do my best until the end.
