I have finished the whole course of SATW, but I am still practicing with tasks. Training after finishing the course gives me a whole new feelings. 
I aimed for treating my dry vagina when I started the training. 

I as well as my gynecologist considered the symptoms as a natural course of aging. 

Surprisingly, the symptoms of vaginal dryness has subsided almost 90 % through the training. 

Symptoms of migraine also disappeared and I was able to do without medication for dizziness. 
I had to go back to phase 1 in the middle of the training and I had to depend on medications again, but I started again and have finally completed. 

My mind and body is cured. I have built many good habits. I suffer from conflicts less than before. I feel less pain in mind. 
I am happy that I can recommend this training to my two daughters and continue with Mother Therapy to be a better mother.
