I have come all the way to finish Phase 10. I don't know how I was able to come this much. I did my best to survive and live and I still have along way to go. 

I went through the pain of death but I feel better now. I still see myself clinging to the visible phenomena and I tell myself that i should go further and study more. 

I see myself getting accustomed to training tasks. I should keep making efforts. I want to become a person who loves herself and live happily. 

I will become happy by making efforts.  

I praise myself for overcoming such pain and hardship.
