It has been 2 years and 7 months since I started Mind Training. 

I remember myself trying really hard to do all the tasks when I first started. 

I repeated feeling happy and then retrieving wounds continuing with the tasks. 

I just followed the instruction and kept going. 

I used to palpitating only by the sight of my husband's family members from the distance. I did my best to avoid them. 

However, I visited them with my daughter and spent time together during this holiday.

I feel that I am composed enough to talk about with my mother in law about my husband. 

I can deal with uncomfortable things now. 

I see comfort in my smiling face. I smile all the time. 

I truly thank Mr. Kim, who helped me and encouraged me through the way.
