I am repeating suffering from pain and rage and then feeling calm. 

I neglected doing therapeutic tasks and aggravated my condition. 

I am making more efforts now.  

I used to focus more on keeping comfort and avoiding confrontation with regret and remorse. 

Both my husband and I became sensitive. 

We fought over financial problems.  

I came to the conclusion that I must treat myself for all costs.  

It is not easy but I am trying. 

I try to focus on the treatment and try to thank for everything.  

I know I must be respected and he must be respected. I am building the ability to understand human mind and psychology.  

I am building trust in the treatment program experiencing its effects. 

I feel that I am stronger and healthier than before.  

I have changed for the better. 

I am taking one step at a time knowing that I will reach the destination eventually.  

I still have a lot to learn and a lot to experience.  

I will go all the way to build happiness ability and live happily with my children.
