I spent 2 years just thinking that I have to take the treatment, but I didn't even finished the 20 chapters of Mind Training.
Right now, I go to work everyday just to make a living.
My life after work is quite disorganized and habitually regret and blame myself for the past.
I also compare myself with other people.
I am kind of in a sad situation. Chapter 2 of Mind Training tells us that comparing oneself with others is simply useless.
I understand the point but I can't put it into practice.
Men are supposed to live having passion, but it has been quite long since I lost fun and passion.
Could I really change if I keep working on Mind Training?
I have doubts on this program but I plan to really work for it this time.
I guess there are many people who are like me.
Mr. Kim said that men can always resume the treatment and succeed.
I trust him.
Thank you for reading my review. See you.

Please, remember that you will experience relapse of symptoms repeatedly until complete cure.
You must internalize the contents of Mind Training as habits instead of understanding in the conscious.
Also, thinking too much about your progress will delay your treatment.
Do not push yourself or hurry, but just focus on your tasks.
The programs consists of 1)Mind Training, 2)Therapeutic tasks, 3)Self-check on progress, 4)Watching reference materials.
Keep going on until you reach complete cure.
Then, you will have happiness ability and can make your family happy.
Please, keep your initial intention.
