A self-check on progress

I am repeating Mind Training the third time. I am repeating listening to the lecture and doing therapeutic tasks. 


I was greatly stressed until I took it the second time. but now I understand better and it is easier. 

I can connect contents of different chapters. 

I understand how moods and feelings are the basis of the pursuit of happiness, xes psychology, and the difference in mind operation.  


I feel less stressed and I find it interesting to apply the mechanism in daily life. 

  

<Methods I take for doing the tasks at present : I added a few new strategies to make it more fun>


(1) Write a journal before going to bed everyday : Apply the mechanism to daily experiences (Example. My boss was irritated. 

    - He was activating men's defense mechanism that remove stress )


(2) I think about how I would apply and interpret the topic presented in the seminar before I watch it. 

    Then, I take notes on the points I had not thought about while watching the video. 

    I take notes on each point matching the points presented in the seminar and chapters in the textbook. 


(3) I continue with the basis tasks. 

 

    * Please, let me know if my methods are inconsistent with the principles of the therapy.  

 

I am experiencing the following physical and psychological phenomena.

 

(1) I used to have morning erection only occasionally, but these days, I have it every morning and the erection is stronger than before. 


(2) I used to have insomnia before the treatment, but I have been falling asleep so quickly at night for the last 2 weeks and i can't even remember any dream. 


(3) I used to have strong sexual desire and feel energetic and excited. These days, I feel more relaxed and don't have much sexual desire. 


(4) I used to buy sex services more than twice a months, I felt it was a waste of money and I tried not to stop it consciously only to fail. 

    I have not bought sex services for the last 6 months but I don't have the desire to do so.
