I have to listen to the training video to go to sleep.
It has been already 6 years since the incident. Money was always the problem for use.
I moved to a new area just to be with my husband, but our marriage didn't work.
I just lived looking at my children.
It turned out that I had done everything I was not supposed to do.
I watched Mr. Kim's videos for 4 years and I became dependent on them.
I didn't have money to take for taking the treatment.
How am I doing after taking the program for 34 weeks?
I still experience ups and downs.
I had taken psychiatric treatment and taken medicine, but the effect was only temporary.
I came to the conclusion that it was my life and only I could restore my life with my own will power.
What is happiness?
I had never thought about it before, but these days, I feel that I vaguely understand what it is.
I work less these days and I am making efforts to find myself back.
I try to focus on my recovery. I focus on therapeutic tasks whenever wounds are retrieved inside me. Then, I feel comfortable again.
I still have a long way to to go but I will keep making efforts.
I plan to have a walk in the park tomorrow as usual.

It is not an easy decision to make for most people.
You were brave enough to change the direction of your life to a positive one.
You seem to have realized that things you had done before taking the treatment were futile and destructive.
Please, don't forget that you were desperate enough to get a loan to take the treatment.
It is important to keep your initial intention and keep making efforts.
You have paid for your will and effort.
It is certain that you will build happiness ability and become happy if you continue with efforts.
