I had felt so many times that I was so pathetic and stupid. 

I learned and realized why I felt that way about myself and I was able to change the direction of my life as I took KIP Treatment. 

I am surprised that I can control my emotions and minimize wounds from relationships with other people. Now, I know how to heal myself in a healthy way. 

I always thank other people and I mean it. I wish health and happiness for everyone.
