This is that first time in my life that I can feel my mind is actually changing. 

In the past, I acted first and then, I thought about how I felt. 

These days, I can see my mind working and act at the same time.  

I have a better control of my emotions and actions. 
I feel like I have become young when I had healthy mind and i had many dreams. 

My mind has got younger. 

It is different from the idea that old people should think and act young. 

My mind is healthy and young. 

In my 20s. I was anxious and exhausted. I blamed myself for not making efforts to be better. 

I feel much more resilient than in my 20s. 

If I had had a misfortune, it just happened and I can deal with it and let it go. 

I thank Korea Institute of Psycho-education for guiding me in the right direction for the last 1 year. 

Mind Training that teaches us the basics and fundamentals of human mind is an invaluable educational program.  

I will never forget the contents and keep making efforts to build happiness ability.
