I have come all the way to this place thinking that I am doing it for myself.
I have given myself both a stick and carrot.
I do everything for myself. I do Mother Therapy and KIP Diet.
I am in charge.
I will have stress and wounds anyway. I just keep making efforts and keep going.
I have been changing little by little.
I try to regulate my schedule and to be independent. I even tried to drive my car again.
I try to focus on myself and my treatment. I try many things.
I still have difficulty getting up on time. I will find some way to do so.
I realized that I am not allowed to view the training videos anymore, but I have watched them at least once.
I attempt to do things for regular daily life.
I am confident that I can recover and overcome this predicament.
I believe in myself.

You must focus on your treatment and your own happiness without paying any attention to other people.
Many people falsely believe that someone else will give them solutions and give them happiness.
They end up destroying themselves and other people. Of course, they are convinced that they are right and they are happy.
Please, don't make haste and keep your initial intention.
Continue with your efforts until complete cure.
