3 years ago, I was so disappointed and hurt by someone I had completely trusted. 

I didn't even realized that I had so many wounds. 

I was sad and I was enraged for months. I couldn't do anything. 

I was recommended by an acquaintance to view Mr. Kim's Youtube videos. 

I could learn what had happened to me. 

I decided to take KIP Treatment as soon as I had money prepared. 

Even the person who recommended KIP opposed my decision. 

But I was desperate and I couldn't handle what was happening to myself. 

I wanted to treat myself and started the treatment. 

I was sorry to myself and my family after learning that I was so hurt because I didn't understand human mind. 

I was thankful that I could form new habits and I have been working hard for my recovery. 

I still feel pain, sorrow, loneliness, and despair but I am thankful that I can open my eyes after a good night's sleep every morning.  

I am grateful that I am alive. 

I am working hard on therapeutic tasks to build happiness ability.  

I hope all the other members will achieve happiness ability, too.
