What do I mean?
It happened this morning.
My husband's phone got a message at 6 in the morning.
The adulteress sent it saying, "Yes".
I told him that he got a message.
Then, he got so stressed that
he yelled at me. "Are you saying I called her first? Let's go check with the phone company."
I would have argued back before, but I didn't feel angry.
The book "Who am I?" helped me a lot to change myself for the better.
I had never thought about it before.
I don't know who I am yet, but I understand that I am a unique and precious being.
Only I can do everything in my life with my own memories. No one else can live my life for me.
My own will power is the driving force of my life. I have to focus on my own treatment and should not pay attention to my husband.
I will keep making efforts until I reach complete cure.

You must make efforts consciously for your treatment.
Inaccurate treatment method or dependency on other people will only aggravate your condition.
You have learned about the operational mechanism of human mind and psychology through Mind Training.
You have also learned that only you yourself can treat your condition.
You can also understand why people in psychological disorders behave the way they do.
You must understand accurately not to be swayed by external factors.
Please, keep your initial intention and continue with your treatment until complete cure without paying attention to your husband.
