I didn't know that I had developed post traumatic stress.
I tried to solve the problem on my own and just wasted time.
I accidentally registered the on-line community of KIP and watched videos.
(I was wasting time.)
I started the treatment and I am focusing on my treatment.
I used to cry and suffered from pain everyday.
I barely managed daily life.
I was out of my mind and got enraged and violent.
I am crying now thinking about those sad days.
Today's tear is not the tear of rage and regret but the tear of gratitude and praise.
I sometimes feel depressed and skip tasks to feel comfortable but I try again to do the tasks.
I know that only I can change myself from inside and I am focusing on my therapeutic tasks.

You were wise enough to choose the right direction for your life. You must thank yourself.
Thinking about your thoughts and feelings before and after you start the treatment as well as the present will help you keep your initial intention.
Please, continue to focus on your treatment and keep doing self-check on progress. You will soon achieve complete cure and happiness.
You will become happy with wound treatment ability and happiness ability.
Only you can make decision and control your life. Dependency and blaming self and others will only make you live an unhappy or a destructive life.
