It has been 1 year since I started the treatment. 

Some of the tasks were difficult to do but I did my best.  

There times when i just wanted to give up my life but I keep telling myself that I will become happy. 

I feel dizzy even to think about the moment I wanted to give up my life. 

I am determined to do my best to build happiness ability.  

I feel comfortable and I have become a little lazy. 

I am writing this review to remind myself of my initial intention. 

I felt I was being swept away by a huge wave but now I feel that I am looking at people being swept away from outside.  

I used to think that people in relationship addiction were having a lot of fun. I blamed myself and other people. 

Now, I pity them for living in hell.  

They are truly living in hell. 

I feel sorry that their conditions deteriorate but it's their life and not mine. 

I am convinced that I can become happy and I can live without being swayed by anything or anyone.
