I wish that the shiny moon light were me, and the shiny stars were my mind.
It has been 4 months since I started the treatment.
I would still be suffering form pain and despair unless I too the treatment and spent hours and hours listening to the recording
of Mind Training and doing therapeutic tasks.
It was a wise choice to take the treatment instead of enduring all on my own.
I feel that the choice I made for myself was the right choice for may family.
I know that it is up to me to turn the time of pain and suffering into the time of recovery and happiness.
I learned that I didn't have accurate understanding.
I try hard not to pay attention to my husband.
I cheer myself up for working for future happiness.
