Time flies.

It has been 3 years and 6 months. 

I think I just ran and ran for the first 3 years working hard. 

I guess I had expected something in 3 years. 

I despaired because I didn't see any clear result and I stopped doing the tasks for 5 months. 


I am at the starting point again. 

I can easily restore myself now, but I would have changed even more for the better if I had worked hard for the last 5 months. 


I guess I have passed the valley of tears at least. 

I came to believe that I have to keep working hard like a monk who continuously practices for enlightenment through Mind Training. 


Would those who had enlightenment have been happy?

Would they have reached happiness?

Would this a kind of enlightenment of non-possession?


I watched myself and then I feel a little composed enough to see other people. 

I am still clumsy and slow but I feel that I understand a little.

I think I should learn how to so slowly like a snail.


I feel that happiness is coming to me little by little. 


I will never give up.

    Spam You may feel that the treatment period is long at first.
    However, time passes quite fast as you keep focusing on doing all the tasks.

    Time flies for both people who don't take the treatment and people who take the treatment.
    However, the result is complete different. It is the difference of unhappiness and happiness.

    Only you yourself can treat your psychological disorder by making efforts in the right direction.
    Taking practical measures such as filing lawsuits, getting a divorce, or taking counseling only aggravate your condition.

    When you lost your initial intention and make arbitrary interpretation, thinking that you have reached complete cure or your condition is incurable, you may choose to stop doing the tasks.
    Then, the symptoms may relapse and you will experience difficulties again.
    You may not go all the way back to the starting point though since you have already recovered a lot.


    Treatment may take longer when you stop doing the tasks based on arbitrary interpretation.
    You couldn't achieve complete cure because you stopped doing the tasks and you lost your initial intention.
    You thought that you had reached complete cure and you began to pay attention to your partner, which you are not supposed to.

    You seem to have resumed the treatment though.
    You can easily recover from despair since you have been working hard all the years.

    You realized what can happen when you stop taking the treatment.
    You realized that it is important to keep making efforts until complete cure.
    You will soon reach complete cure as you keep making efforts.
    Please, keep your initial intention and keep making efforts until you reach complete cure.
