It has been 64 weeks since I started the treatment.
I was in positive emotions for about 2 weeks and i smiled a lot.
I had some negative emotions for a few days last week.
Then, I feel better this week. I feel light and smile a lot.
I feel thrilled over something small.
I feel electrified from head to toe with overwhelming feelings.
I feel moved and proud and overwhelmed again.
I feel different emotions without specific reasons.
I feel negative emotions sometimes, but they just pass in a moment.
Then, I smile again.
I am not swayed by emotions since they are mild.
I see positive aspects in many things.
I just smile and feel grateful.
The atmosphere in my family life changed depending on how I do.
I feel that I can control many things.
I am trying to make home a place where everyone feels safe and warm.
It is chilly in the morning and a night.
I hope everyone will enjoy the season of autumn.

You must thank yourself for making the right decision for your life.
Only you can make the decision and treat yourself.
Now, you can generate happiness from inside yourself.
You can form relationships with people with self-centeredness and self-control.
You will repeat feeling positive and negative in the process of treatment.
You will have to do self-check on progress less often as you progress and eventually you will be diagnosed for complete cure.
Please, keep initial intention and keep making efforts.
