I got up in the morning, prepared breakfast, took memos on today's learning tasks, self-checked on therapeutic tasks. I should keep my conscious work all day. After breakfast, I did morning exercise, self-check on therapeutic tasks, and practice smiling carrying a mirror all the time. I felt awkward at first but I feel a lot better these days. I see my smiling getting more natural.
I do not go out much due to the pandemic situation. Still, I wear heels and a skirt as soon as I get up and work in the kitchen. I have to wear a skirt and heels when I go to a grocery store. Sometimes, it is quite uncomfortable and my legs hurt. I also practice talking to my husband with a smiling face. I feel good when I talk with a smiling face. It seems to erase negative emotions.
I self-check on therapeutic tasks often times. At first, I didn't know what to do and why I have to do such things. It was also difficult to do exercise tasks. After one month of training, I was guided to do less exercise during daily life. Now, I keep my conscious awake but I feel a little more comfortable with all the tasks and feel more composed.
Learning tasks, therapeutic tasks, and exercise tasks can be hard sometimes, but I am doing my best to finish all of them everyday. I am trying to start afresh and have a happy day everyday. Everyday, I look into the mirror and say to me, “I can do it”.
