A review of 30 days of Phase 4

Phase 4 has already been finished. 

It was from may 6th to June 5th 2020.

It is interesting to see how I am doing every month in each phase. 


I had many complicated problems at the end of Phase 4 and the beginning of Phase 5. 

It took a lot of time to recover because I went through a hard time emotionally. 

I almost wanted stop everything and didn't want to write a review. 

Nothing seemed to have any meaning. 


I feel better now. 

I can think about my change and have decided to write a review to move on to the next phase. 

I learned that women may fail and go back to the stage right before the current stage but they don't go back all the way to the first stage.

I may have to go one step back but I can easily resume my journey forward. 

I am grateful that I have the power of emotion to persevere. 


I feel well and healthy. 

I had physical problems during the first 3 phases but I felt as light as a feather during Phase 4.  

I didn't exercise because I was so busy, but I felt OK in my shoulder and neck, which are my weak parts. 

I didn't have problems before or during menstruation. I just had a little swelling. 


My skin feels better not only on my face but also on the whole body. 

I have less blemished on my upper body. 

I replaced thick body oil for light lotion. 

I feel some change in my  breasts, but i am not sure. 


I had an enormous appetite during Phase 2 but indigestion during Phase 3. 

I feel I have gained balance in Phase 4. 

I used to be obsessive with eating, but I just eat when I need to these days. 


I feel my sensation has changed during training. 

I generally feel deep and slow these days. 

It is hard to explain, but I don't get aroused quickly but i don't lose the sensation easily, either. 

I consider it as improvement. 


I have changed my life style. 

I began to get up early during Phase 3. 

I can get up early in the morning if I want these days. 

I can focus for a longer period of time. 

I feel a little tired in the evening, but I don't waste time during the day time. 

I am still looking for an optimal life style. 

I used to feel lethargic during weekends, but I get up early and do things these days. 


I used to barely do my job at work. 

I began to find time to do more work on top of urgent matters. 

I really like this part of myself. 

I focus on finishing the job I really had to during phases 1 to 3. 

Now, I feel that I am truly managing and controlling my job and my time. 


I can actually do twice the amount of job I usually do for the week. 

I make mistakes and forget things but I get to manage all of them. 

I can focus better and better. 

I am so immersed into my job and realize that so much time has passed. 

I still have the habit of pulling my hair when stressed. 

I hope I will stop doing it. 


I really want to do well in Phase 5. 

I feel that the turmoil that i went through between Phase 4 and 5 made me stronger and better. 


A few days ago, I experienced the pain of post traumatic stress in a few years. 

I had to do therapeutic tasks to recover. 

I became calm and realized how powerful it is in a long time. 

I used to do therapeutic tasks everyday in the past, so I didn't know how powerful it was. 

I was surprised that i could recover so quickly. 



Maybe I have to keep doing therapeutic tasks again.

I think Xes Training trains me to grow the capacity of emotion and direct it into the right way. 


I keep being surprised a each phase. 

I will do my best to persevere.
