Every phase was hard for me. 
I had difficulties and psychological pain especially at the beginning of each phase. 
I confronted myself in the phase 3, which I had never expected. Now, I can see myself more clearly. 

I was told that therapeutic tasks in Mind Training are to give myself attention. 

Now I understand why Xes Training has such powerful effect. 
I still have a long way to go, but I want to thank myself for hanging on.
