I think that only I can treat myself.
It is because my mind belongs only to me.
I realized how important it is to follow all the directions for treatment including Mind Training, therapeutic tasks, reference materials, and self-check on progress.
It feels like something inside me is working on its own.
I can feel that my condition is getting better. I can understand things I didn't one by one.
I can read people's mind a little, and I can maintain better relationships with them.
I feel that simply following the protocol will lead me to complete cure.
Those who have been on the same route will understand what I mean.
Sometimes, I feel that I take the treatment for granted and lose focus, but I try to gather my will power and make efforts consciously.
I will keep going until I achieve complete cure.

You must write reviews every 2 to 3 months to self-check on progress and help you keep your initial intention until you achieve complete cure.
Only you can treat yourself. No one else can do it for you.
You have decided to restore happiness and you will build happiness ability by finishing the treatment program.
