It has been 20 months since I started the treatment with doubts.
I wanted to clutch at straws and I had no where to look to so I started the program.
I had so many questions on the theoretical points, but I was told that thinking too much on details would only interfere with my treatment.
I was so preoccupied with my husband.
The first 3 months felt so slow and long.
I don't care much about asking questions on the treatment.
I don't have mood swings anymore. I feel pretty much the same. Not so good, not so bad.
I don't want to be chatting with people. I feel fine staying by myself.
A few days ago, I had a Monday fatigue.
I am amazed at my unconscious moving my body and cheering up myself.
I will keep going until I restore happiness.

Post traumatic stress takes time effort to be cured because it is caused by such severe wounds like a terminal cancer.
Anyone who claims that post traumatic stress can be cured easily doesn't understand the true nature of the condition.
You seem to understand that it take time and effort to treat your condition.
Please, keep focusing on all the tasks and read your own reviews to gather up your will power.
You will become happy in no time.
