These days, I try to listen to myself and find out what I want. 

My wounds are retrieved sometimes. They usually come back once every three days.  

then, I just resume therapeutic tasks and I smile.  

My 11 year-old daughter has finished Youth Mind Training. I feel so good about it. 

I want to thank my daughter. She says she has learned a lot.   

When my husband is irritable and angry at children, My daughter and I smile at each other.

She says to me, 'Dad seems to be stressed“.  

I have started Xes Training from last week.  

I think it will help me generate happiness on my own based on xes energy. 

I will work hard.
