It has been 1 year since I started the treatment. 

I have changed a lot in spite of myself.

First of all, I sleep well. 

I used to have a hard time getting enough sleep no matter what I did. 

I was always tired and barely managed daily life. 

These days, I usually have a good sleep everyday, and I feel comfortable and energetic. 

I like the time for my treatment since it is time only for myself. 

I feel that happiness lies somewhere very close. 

I also feel that I am responsible for my family's happiness. 

I know that my sons are happy when I am happy. 

I am making efforts to my treatment and happiness everyday. 

I want to thank the staff at KIP for helping me keep going in the right direction.
