I don't want to go back to the time when I didn't even know that my biggest enemy was laziness.
I want to keep my initial intention and fill myself with positive emotions so that laziness cannot permeate myself.
When blame, hatred, and reproach occur to me, I can just turn my emotions off and transfer my thoughts to therapeutic tasks.
As I feel I am being treated through therapeutic tasks, I can see myself more clearly.
I can feel that I am making efforts for meanings and values of life.
I can see where I should be headed to as my negative emotions change to positive emotions.
I praise myself for making efforts despite all the difficulties.

Symptoms can also relapse in the process of treatment.
