2 years has passed. 

I had planned to take Therapy Tour, but I ended up taking the on-line treatment. 

I have grown so much and I have become strong. 

I think I have grown more in 2 years than in the past few decades. 

I healed my wounds from my childhood. 

My life has changed. 

I am grateful for everything. 

I have saved my life. 

I used to stay at home most of the time. 

These days, I go out and do things I like. 

I can control myself and I am the owner of myself.  

I can express myself better.  

I can even say 'No' to what I don't like.
