My expressions are nice and warm. Everything is lovely.
I feel good cooking in front of the hot stove.
Typhoons remind me of Therapy Tour in Jeju Island.
I couldn't understand anything Mr. Kim was saying at first.
Now, I can understand a little.
Sometimes I feel comfortable and neglect doing the tasks.
Then, I get irritated but I easily go back to focusing on the tasks.
I feel that I have come a long way around to my place.
I realize that everything else but myself has been in the right place all the time.
It was hard and took a long time, but I am almost there.
I will keep making efforts until complete cure.

It takes 3 to 6 years to treat wounds and 1 to 3 years to build treatment ability and happiness ability.
It takes time and effort to treat psychological disorders.
You are doing well and you have transformed wound into good memories, which makes you feel that you have changed.
You can change the world in two ways. One is to change the world and the other is to change yourself.
Most people try to change the world and end up giving up and living an unhappy and a destructive life.
Taking any practical measures such as filing lawsuits, taking counseling, getting a divorce, and developing dependency on activities and people will necessarily aggravate your condition. You will feel comfortable and pleased as you destroy your life and others' lives.
You have chosen to change yourself leaving the world as it is.
You were wise and courageous.
You are close to complete cure.
Please, keep your initial intention and keep making efforts.
