I was suffering from pain 2 years ago.
The difficult time has passed.
I was sicker when first started the treatment.
I was confused and couldn't bear the pain.
I was not supposed to do anything.
It felt like a long time but it could be a short time.
I feel comfortable when I listen to the recording of Mind Training.
I can understand the contents of the seminars a little.
I think I understand one moment and then I can't understand.
I want to ask questions but I can't express myself well.
I am afraid of experiencing the pain again when I am all alone.
However, I can eat better and sleep better.
I recovered my usual weight.
I have to start taking care of myself.
I see people around me suffering from psychological wounds but I can't say anything to them
because they have to figure out themselves.

Then, they feel comfortable soon and think that they have made a right choice.
You were wise to have made a right decision for your life.
At first, you may repeat feeling comfortable and feeling pain during the first few months.
Then you will feel calm and composed as your treatment progresses.
You will also feel that you feel physically healthy since the recovery of mind affects your body positively.
You will also feel that it is hard to give advice to other people even when you know how to deal with psychological problems because
it is only you yourself who can make a decision and treat yourself.
It indicates that your are doing well with your treatment.
Trying to give advice to other people indicates that you are making arbitrary interpretation and your condition is deteriorating.
Please, keep your initial intention and keep making efforts until you reach complete cure.
Also, keep doing self-check on progress.
