It has been more than 2 years since I started the treatment. 

I had lost 10 kg in pain and suffering. 

I can smile thinking about that time now. 

I understand about the operational mechanism of mind a little. 

I can stay firm and I am grateful for the sun shine. 

Taking the treatment was the best thing I have ever done in my life. 

I don't even want to think about how my life would have unfolded in such wounds and stress and how my children's life would have been affected. 

I dream of the day I achieve complete cure.

For now, I diligently do my tasks and listen to the training files. 

I am proud of myself.
